MPC-SF Gen4x4 SSD M.2 2280 1TB

The MPC-SF Series is a new generation PCIe NVMe SSD controller ideally suited for small form factor and low power client SSDs. The PCIe Gen 4 interface provides 16GT/s x4 lanes bandwidth, coupled with four NAND flash channels up to 1,600 MT/s data rate per channel. The MPC-SF Series is optimized for DRAM-less application with the new system bus architecture and Host Memory Buffer (HMB) function.
Benefited from the innovative 4K LDPC error-correction technologies, the MPC-SF Series enhances comprehensive data integrity and upgrades correction capability for the latest 3D TLC and QLC NAND without compromising throughput and latency.
